Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Recruitment Specialist to support our school psychologist business by identifying and reaching out to special education directors of school districts with open school psychologist positions. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in recruitment who is comfortable contacting potential leads via phone and email. Availability during business hours in both Eastern and Pacific time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify school districts with open school psychologist positions
• Utilize recruitment strategies to engage and attract districts needing virtual school psychologist services
• Directly contact special education directors via phone and email to introduce our services
• Build and maintain a database of potential leads and track outreach efforts
• Schedule follow-up meetings or calls with interested districts
• Provide regular updates and reports on outreach and recruitment progress
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to confidentiality standards

Qualifications:
• Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or outreach is required
• Familiarity with the education or special education sectors is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with phone and email outreach to professional contacts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals
• Availability for phone calls during business hours in Eastern and Pacific time zones

Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
