Lead Generation / Outreach Specialist (LinkedIn & Prospecting) – Part-Time
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week
Rate: $6–$8/hr (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation / Outreach Specialist to help build and expand our prospecting efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in LinkedIn outreach and list-building, specifically targeting creative agency owners (marketing agencies, branding firms, design studios, etc.). You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging potential clients to support our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with agency owners.
Build targeted prospect lists of creative agency decision-makers.
Research and verify contact details to ensure high-quality leads.
Personalize outreach messages for better response rates.
Track and manage outreach campaigns using CRM or relevant tools.
Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach & lead generation.
Strong research skills to identify agency owners & key decision-makers.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
Excellent written English for professional outreach messages.
Detail-oriented and proactive in improving lead generation strategies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience with Notion, Airtable, and Lemlist.
Experience with
Understanding of B2B sales pipelines and prospecting strategies.
