We are seeking an experienced and high performing Outreach Campaign Manager to lead and optimize our cold outreach efforts.

You will need a proven track record of building and managing outbound prospecting teams, developing scalable processes, and consistently hitting appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3+ years managing cold outreach or outbound prospecting teams within a B2B marketing environment.

2. Ability to design, document, and optimise cold outreach processes, and familiar with most outreach tools.

3. Ultra results driven, and able to manage a team of outreach specialists
