Lead Generation & Outreach (Appointment setting) Specialist for a Social Media Marketing Agency - (Part

We are a paid social media marketing agency specialising in Meta
The open position is for an outreach specialist, through forms of communication such as cold calling, e-mail or even messaging on social platforms. We are looking for someone highly reliable and smart to join our team! Someone highly motivated to support us in our mission of getting qualified leads and clients!

To begin with this is a part-time role, I am looking to hire multiple people for this role for 2 weeks. The best performers will then be moved onto a more permanent contract and will grow with the business.
If you have experience in this and plug in quickly into our system, you'll get the opportunity to be paid more.
The tasks are:
-Prospecting and client acquisition on LinkedIn (primarily), Instagram, and
-Identifying potential clients and initiating meaningful conversations with them
-Engaging potential clients
-Following up with prospects and nurturing relationships
A typical day will involve researching potential clients, initiating conversations on LinkedIn or Instagram, following up with leads, and working closely with our team to refine your outreach strategy.
You need to be:
-Working European hours
-Highly reliable and a born A-Player
-Fluent and error-free written English
-Experienced in lead generation and/or appointment setting on LinkedIn
-Know corporate language and how to communicate with executives
-Basic/intermediate knowledge of social media marketing
-Excited to communicate with people in an empathetic way
-A fast learner, highly coachable, and ready for constructive feedback
-Precise, with a systematic work ethic and excellent tracking skills
-A team player with strong communication skills
-Ready to learn, evolve, and grow both professionally and personally
This is a part-time remote position as an independent contractor, with the opportunity to transition to full-time. If you prove yourself, we can work you up to become a full-time lead generation specialist.
We reward high performance! In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for performance-based bonuses in the first 3 months based on your successful outreach and client acquisition efforts.
As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities for you to take on leadership responsibilities within the lead generation team—depending on your skills and interests.
