Lead Generation & Outreach

I'm looking for someone who is highly-experienced in generating, communicating with and following-up with quality leads.

For example, if I ask you to fine solo attorneys in Kansas City, Missouri (with additional criteria of course), I will want you to find a lead that meets all the criteria we've set-out and then I will need you to reach out to that person with a template and then engage in conversation when the person engages. If they do not engage, I will need you to follow-up.

Keep in mind that even though I am providing you a template, you will need to "think" and add personalization to each message, email, response.

In other words, I'm looking for someone that knows how to hold a conversation, both online and over the phone.

So you must have impeccable written and spoken English (that means vocabulary and grammar).

For the right person this will be a full-time, long-term position and you will grow within the company. I have several team members from the Philippines and they have been with me for years. I am looking for a person who wants to be part of a team and grow.
