Who We Are
At Level Ground Fitness, we are a fast-growing, faith-based online coaching business helping Christians with prediabetes reclaim their health—without restrictive diets or extreme workouts. As we scale, we need a strategic and skilled Media Buyer who can run high-converting ad campaigns and bring in qualified leads for our premium wellness coaching program.

What You’ll Do:
Ad Research & Strategy
Conduct deep research into competitors, trends, and audience behaviors to uncover new ad opportunities.
Stay ahead of Facebook and Google ad trends to maximize performance and ROAS.

Creative Ideation & Execution
Develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and creatives that stop the scroll.
Work closely with our creative team to bring ad visuals and copy to life.

Media Buying & Optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to generate high-ticket coaching leads.
Split-test, analyze, and refine ad performance to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.

Data-Driven Growth
Analyze key ad performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA) and turn insights into actionable strategy improvements.
Optimize budgets and audience targeting to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Lead Generation
Create high-quality lead generation campaigns that drive booked calls and qualified prospects.
Understand funnels, booking processes, and conversion strategies to turn clicks into clients.

Lead Generation Focus
Experience with lead generation for high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses is a HUGE plus.

What We Expect From You:
1. 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads & lead generation (with a strong portfolio).
2. Proven experience in scaling ad campaigns for high-ticket services.
3.Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, advanced audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
4. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6.Ability to work remotely, independently, and manage your time effectively.
7. A reliable internet connection (this is a must).
