Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on driving qualified leads through partnership outreach, webinar promotion, and strategic LinkedIn campaigns. This role will be instrumental in managing our CRM system and optimizing our lead generation processes.
Strategic Impact Areas
- Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance research, outreach, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with team to identify opportunities for AI implementation in workflows
- Lead data-driven decision making by identifying patterns and trends across marketing channels
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support team scalability
- Design and execute systematic A/B testing across all outreach channels
- Propose and implement process improvements based on performance data
- Build scalable, repeatable systems for partner outreach and lead generation
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Partnership Outreach
- Execute
- Drive attendance to monthly webinars through various outreach channels
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including monitoring and optimizing connection requests (800+ monthly)
- Create and manage automated follow-up sequences for LinkedIn connections
- Qualify and route responses to appropriate tea
- Research and validate potential partners to ensure alignment with established partnership criteria
- Maintain and update partner/prospect databases
- CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
- Manage contact lists and handle audience segmentation
- Set up and monitor tracking pixels and UTM parameters
- Collaborate on automation workflow optimization and maintenance
- Assist in organizing and maintaining CRM structure for improved usability
- Track landing page and form performance metrics
- Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track and analyze key metrics including:
- Number of booked calls
- Lead generation metrics
- Funnel conversion rates
- Campaign performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with UTM parameter management and tracking
- Understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partnership outreach and relationship management
- Background in marketing automation and workflow optimization
