JOB OVERVIEW

We are a residential real estate builder and investment firm based in Silicon Valley, managing over $300M in assets across California.

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our lead-generation efforts and enhance our digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to improve SEO, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
- Social Media Growth: Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and attract potential investors and buyers.
- Content Creation & Branding: Design compelling graphics, flyers, and promotional materials aligned with our brand identity.
- YouTube Marketing: Create and optimize thumbnails, upload videos, and improve video performance to boost engagement and lead conversions.
- Case Studies & Digital Assets: Build and organize digital assets, including case studies, to showcase successful projects and attract new investors.
- Video Editing: Edit and repurpose content for social media reels, stories, and ads to increase brand visibility.
- Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, maintaining the content calendar, and analyzing marketing performance.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness building.
- Social media marketing expertise, with experience in audience growth and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to marketing.

Job Details:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-Time, Remote Position
- Quarterly Bonus after a 3-month probation period
