JOB OVERVIEW

The Real Estate Lead Manager will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and managing our inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be experienced, self-motivated, and capable of guiding our marketing strategies while effectively managing and nurturing leads. This role requires someone who can take the initiative, implement smart plans, and ensure that our agents receive warm, qualified leads. We are one of the top producing teams in FLORIDA with Keller Williams Realty, and need someone to keep up with the new and incoming trends.

Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including cold calls and follow-ups on inbound leads.
*Qualify leads and set appointments for real estate agents.
**Maintain a detailed database of leads and ensure timely follow-up.
*Provide exceptional customer service to both potential and current clients.
*Collaborate with the real estate team to develop lead generation strategies.
*Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs.
*Build and nurture relationships with leads over time through consistent communication.
*Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities and outcomes.
*Use CRM systems (e.g., KW Command, Salesforce, Zillow, Slack ) to manage and organize leads.
*Stay up to date on market trends and changes in the real estate industry.
