Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns to meet and exceed daily lead targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to fine-tune lead generation strategies.
Continuously track lead quality and implement new approaches to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of lead generation experience, preferably in B2B environments.
Demonstrated success in delivering consistent, high-quality leads.
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to optimize performance.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce results without micromanagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to consistently deliver 15+ qualified leads per day.
Experience with A/B testing, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
Requirements:
Updated resume and portfolio of successful campaigns are mandatory for interview consideration.
