Job Description:

We're looking for a superstar to join our team and help us find properties suitable for Airbnb/Short-Term Rental (STR) arbitrage in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential properties and landlords suitable for Airbnb/STR arbitrage.
Cold Calling: Reach out to property owners, landlords, and agents to negotiate terms and secure deals.
Data Entry: Accurately manage and update property information and leads in HubSpot CRM.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the UK property market to identify opportunities.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and manage deal pipelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the Airbnb/Short-Term Rental market is a plus.
