Position: Lead Generation, Cold Email, Cold Call Specialist

We specialize in serving a diverse range of industries, including beverage and food manufacturing, cosmetics, fashion, and e-commerce. As we continue to grow, we are looking for two motivated and persistent individuals to join our team and help drive our sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients, focusing on industries such as beverage and food manufacturing, cosmetics, fashion, and e-commerce.
• Cold Emailing: Craft and send compelling cold emails to prospective clients.
• Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients and set up meetings.
• Client Outreach: Use OpenPhone for client communications and Upgrade to see actual info for task management.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Future Growth: Opportunity to grow within the company and potentially move to the USA, UK, or China to support on-site sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Excellent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak English fluently without noticeable accent.
• Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling preferred but not required.
• Motivation: Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Persistence: Ability to stay focused and persistent in pursuing leads.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with OpenPhone and Upgrade to see actual info is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales and the packaging industry is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $400 to $900 per month, depending on experience.
• Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses based on performance (for example we paid monthly bonuses of $2000 to the person in a similar position for exceptional performance).
• Quarterly Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for meeting KPIs.
