We’re Seeking: A Full-Time Lead Generation Assistant

Location: Philippines (Remote) – must be able to work during U.S. daytime / evening)
Hours: 5–7 hours/day (depending on your efforts)
Days: 6 days/week
Key Tools: Facebook Business Suite, Google Docs, Slack, Asana, ChatGPT

Your Role
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting both co-founders, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and contributing to our mission.

Responsibilities include:
- Send Opening Messages: Send 20–Upgrade to see actual info messages per hour in Facebook Business Suite (scripts provided). Inject a bit of creativity (~20%) for an engaging touch.
- Clean & Organize the Inbox: Sort conversations so no lead is missed or left unanswered.
- Use Slack for Follow-Ups: Respond to tags from our team with copy/paste messages and confirm next steps.

Who You Are
We want someone who is:
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You’ll be handling up to 100 new contacts daily; accuracy and consistency matter.
- Good English Skills: You can communicate clearly and add personality to messages without sounding robotic.
- Trainable & Coachable: Open to feedback, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-Oriented & Dedicated: You stay motivated, meet daily targets, and consistently follow through on tasks.
- Trustworthy: You must demonstrate honesty and integrity when handling business accounts.
- Ethical: We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for unethical behavior (stealing / not working during work hours / etc.). We will treat you like family, and we expect the same in return.
- Flexible Schedule: Comfortable working during U.S. daUpgrade to see actual info (which may be nighttime or early morning in the Philippines).
- Critical Thinker: Tasks are mostly copy/paste, but you can adapt messages slightly when needed.

Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience as a Lead Gen VA (or similar)
- Very detail-oriented and organized (must demonstrate this)
- Able to handle a fast-paced workload without sacrificing quality
