Lead Generation Assistant

We are a real estate wholesaling company looking for an ambitious virtual assistant with previous experience in out bound marketing, specifically with cold calling. Prior real estate experience is not necessary but definitely would be ideal. Due to the amount of cold calling that this job requires, a good English accent is a 100&% needed as well. Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6Pm Central (Texas) time.
You will be given a excel/google sheets spreadsheet of highly motivated but hard to reach property owners called the potential leads list. We'll teach you our unique system that once mastered makes it simple and quick to reach potential sellers that all of our competition is completely ignoring. Once you find the property owners contact info, or if they end up being deceased or just unfindable then you will be reaching out to the property owner’s potential heirs instead. All of the contact info you find for each lead needs to be copied to the second sheet in the potential leads list and then individually called, then it’s just a matter of following the script. Anyone who you reach that’s interested in selling their property you’ll mark as a lead and put the owners contact into our CRM (Gohighlevel). The acquisition manger (me) will take over the lead from that point. I'll make them a cash offer, if they accept the offer and sign a purchase agreement the lead turns into a potential deal and is sent to dispositions. If dispositions are able to find a buyer willing to pay more for the property then the amount we have it under contract for we assign the contract to that buyer. At that point it’s now a deal, our profit will be the spread between our purchase price with the seller & the sale price with the buyer. If you generated the lead, you'll be paid a commission of 3% of the net profit in addition to your starting salary of $700 USD per month.
Our average profit per deal is $15,000, but it ranges. The smallest deal I've done was $5,000 net, the most I've taken home from one deal so far is $85,000. Once you've got the system down and are able to be thorough and efficient you should have no problem generating 3+ deals per week. At that point you can also choose to go 100% commission only and trade the $700 per month salary for a 7% commission per closed deal.
