Lead Generation & Appointment Setter | Online Fitness Coaching

We’re an online fitness coaching business dedicated to helping ambitious women get in the best shape of their lives—without extreme restrictions. Our mission is to empower women through fitness by helping them build confidence inside and outside the gym.

Your Role:

As a part-time Lead Generation & Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads on Instagram, starting conversations, nurturing relationships, and booking them for coaching consultation calls. Your goal is to guide women toward taking the next step in their fitness journey by securing high-quality booked calls.

Your Responsibility:

* Search for and engage with potential leads on Instagram (liking, commenting, and DM outreach)
* Start and nurture meaningful conversations with leads in DMs to warm them up
* Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the coaching program
* Schedule and confirm consultation calls with interested leads
* Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged
* Maintain a consistent daily outreach strategy to bring in fresh leads
* Track and report leads, booked calls, and conversions


You’d Be a Great Fit If You…

* Have experience in Instagram outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
* Are comfortable initiating and holding DM conversations with new people
* Have strong written communication skills (friendly, engaging, and professional)
* Understand how to build trust & relationships in the DMs
* Are organized & consistent with tracking leads and follow-up
* Are passionate about health, fitness, and empowering women
* Have basic knowledge of fitness, fat loss, and strength training (preferred but not required)

Compensation:
You will earn 10% extra commission per closed call, allowing for many room for growth and uncapped earning potential based on your performance. Simply, the more calls you get booked per month, the more opportunities for you to earn more.

Further Opportunities:
If you consistently perform well and hit our monthly targets, there will be opportunities for you to switch into a FULL-TIME position!
