We are seeking full time Lead Generation Administrators for a well established membership organization in the United States.

The successful candidates will contribute to the organization’s success by performing research and identification of new leads using specific criteria to help increase the lead pool, connection rate, activity, and sales for the Business Development Team by providing new leads in top industries from online sources with high close rates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and process incoming interest leads, register interest forms, or any other incoming lead source, and distribute to appropriate staff promptly.
Research and develop new business records for potential leads that will be distributed to Business Development

Qualifications:
2+ years work experience in a customer service and/or information processing role
A stable work history and a desire to learn and be part of a growing team.
Working experience with Microsoft Outlook, Office and other common business software
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers, both over the phone and face to face
Enthusiastic professional attitude in dealing with customers and excellent follow-up skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and skills to maintain a positive image.
Achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess high degree of motivation with driving sense of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Demonstrate superior skills in organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-up.
