Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with excellent English communication skills and expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns specifically for the real estate and mortgage industries. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads that convert into clients, using cutting-edge tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns for real estate and mortgage leads using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Develop and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows to capture and nurture leads effectively.
• Write and execute compelling
• Create and manage social media ad campaigns (e.g.,
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth lead handoff.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithms, and lead generation best practices.
• Report campaign performance and suggest actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Manage CRM data and ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting within GoHighLevel.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industries.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including building funnels, automations,
• Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM and familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to create high-converting landing pages and lead magnets.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining clean, organized data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
