About Us
We are a fast-growing organic social media agency helping DTC and CPG brands create high-performing, engaging content. Our clients struggle with getting traction online, and we help them break past 10K views, build strong communities, and increase engagement.

We’re now looking for a high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to bring in qualified leads and book sales calls. If you’re great at connecting with decision-makers and want to work with an exciting agency that specializes in content that actually works, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Prospect & Identify Leads: Find and engage with brand founders and marketing decision-makers in the DTC and CPG space.
Outreach & Nurturing: DM, email, and engage with leads across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and book calls for the sales team.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads, conversations, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Stay on top of warm leads and revive cold ones with strategic follow-ups in Notion

Who You Are
Experienced in Lead Gen & Sales: You’ve done this before and know how to engage founders and decision-makers.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Savvy: You understand the value of content and organic growth.
Strong Communicator: Whether it’s DMs, emails, or calls, you know how to get responses and book meetings.
Persistent & Resourceful: You don’t get discouraged easily and know how to work around obstacles.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage pipelines and follow-ups effectively.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience in B2B lead generation for marketing agencies
Understanding of organic content strategies and social media trends

Pay:
Commission based 4,000-6,000USD/month (500$ per client closed)
