The Lead Follow-Up Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to past leads to determine
their current needs, qualify their interest, and book appointments for our team. This role is
ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly
over the phone.

Responsibilities:
1. Call Old Leads:
? Re-engage with previous leads and determine if they are still interested in our
services.
2. Book Appointments:
? Schedule follow-up meetings or consultations for our team.
? Facilitate scheduling by offering leads the option to book directly or set a time
for us to reconnect.
3. Qualify Leads During Calls:
? Assess Budget: Understand the lead's budget range to ensure our services
align with their expectations.
? Evaluate Service Need: Confirm if they currently require our services.
? Determine Project Timeline: Check their desired start date to understand
urgency and timeline.
? Schedule a Site Visit: Book a convenient date and time for our team to come
by and provide a personalized quote if they are ready.

Qualifications:
? Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
? Experience in customer service, sales, or lead qualification is preferred.
? Ability to work independently and handle lead follow-up efficiently.
