We are looking for a proactive and organized Appointment Setter and Lead Development Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads through strategic follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach calls and
Maintain an updated record of client interactions, appointment schedules, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Qualify leads through detailed questioning to understand their needs and determine the next steps.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead management and client engagement strategies.
Follow up with potential leads who show interest but are not yet ready to schedule appointments.
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and reminders for all client appointments to optimize the calendar.
Provide detailed feedback on client responses, common objections, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an appointment-setting, customer service, or telemarketing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining schedules and CRM updates.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Basic knowledge of CRM software
A proactive, goal-oriented approach and a positive attitude toward learning and client interaction.
