Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a WebCare Specialist. In this remote role, you will be the cornerstone of our WebCare service, providing top-notch website maintenance and customer service to ensure our clients' online platforms operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance: Regularly manage and update clients’ WordPress & HubSpot websites, including plugins, themes, and core systems, to ensure high performance and security.

Client Requests Handling: Respond to client requests for website updates, content modifications, and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Communication Management: Utilize our ticketing system for tracking client interactions, managing tasks, and scheduling follow-ups, maintaining clear and organized communication.

Client Support: Offer personalized support and advice to clients, helping them understand the benefits of their WebCare service and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine the WebCare service and collaborate with the Project Manager to delegate complex development tasks to the Ninedot development team.

Industry Awareness: Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in website maintenance to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.

Job Requirements
Client Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, including managing expectations and coaching clients through their web care needs.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to tackle challenges independently before seeking support.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in website maintenance and support, with a solid understanding of WordPress & HubSpot CMS platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, preferably WordPress, for task and client relationship management.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and excel in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to team success, paired with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
