Position: Lead Coordinator & Client Nurturing VA – Trademark Law Firm
Remote | Full-Time | Legal Industry

What You’ll Do:
Track and organize leads from various sources (website, referrals, ads)
Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys
Manage automated follow-ups and keep potential clients engaged
Generate reports on lead sources and suggest improvements
Help optimize lead flow and conversion

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in lead management & CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
Excellent written communication for lead engagement
Tech-savvy with automation and process optimization skills
Proactive and results-driven mindset

Bonus: Experience in the legal industry
