JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a talented marketer to help me with lead outreach using both online and offline channels. You'll be joining a small remote team of very friendly people who I consider almost as family.

As one of my team members has said - "Maaliwalas katrabaho dahil sa kaniyang malasakit at walang sawang pagsuporta sa mga tauhan niya."

Your work will involve:
1. ) Respond to Incoming Inquiries:
Engage with leads through email, SMS, and phone calls to address their inquiries and provide relevant information.

2.) Answer Incoming Phone Calls:
Professionally handle and respond to phone calls from interested leads, prospects, and clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

2.1) Handle Objections and Support Inquiries:
Manage objections and provide support as needed:
a) Address simple inquiries from leads.
b) Handle objections from prospects and leads to move them forward in the sales process.

3.) Conduct Cold Outreach:
Reach out to qualified businesses and leads through various channels, including social media, email, phone calls, and even snail mail, to generate interest and engagement.

4.) Facilitate Discovery Calls and Trials:
Aim to book prospects and leads onto discovery/demo calls or set them up for an immediate trial of our services.

The main software you'll be using is GoHighLevel. It's awesome if you already know how to use it, but that's OK if not. You'll also get to use a number of automation programs.

Requirements:
Previous marketing experience
Confident in making outbound calls
Available for full-time role
Your workday will be the same as mine in Mountain Standard Time in Canada (UTC-7:00)
Excellent communication skills and English...my Taglish isn't great :)

To be successful in the role, you should be able to stay organized and on top of many conversations, be highly trainable and responsive to feedback, and most importantly have high integrity.
