Forge Property Solutions- US-based Real Estate Investment Company- We call property owners in the US and ask them if they’d be interested in selling their property

We're seeking experienced cold callers to join our remote team. Make calls, generate leads, and earn bonuses from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads
• Log call details and outcomes accurately
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Provide end-of-day reports

Requirements:
• 1 year phone experience
• Fluent English (communication skills tested)
• Quiet, dedicated work environment
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Proficiency with dialer software (ReadyMode experience a plus)
• Ability to work 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM PHT, Monday-Friday (Some Sat. Available for overtime pay)

Offer:
• Starting rate: $3.80/hour, increasing to $4.50/hour after 30 days. Performance pay increases at 3/6/12 months
• $100 monthly bonus for attendance + performance
