Lead AI Application Developer (Full Stack) – Remote (Philippines)
Salary Range:
PHP 120,000 – PHP 200,000 per month
(Includes 13th Month Pay Eligibility)

We are building an AI-Powered Document Analysis & Report Generation Platform that automates the extraction of key insights from structured and unstructured documents. Our solution uses GPT-based Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OCR technologies, and vector search to help businesses quickly process PDFs, scanned files, and other text-heavy documents.

Responsibilities
Technical Ownership
Take over the existing AI-powered codebase (Python, Node.js) and drive further development.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
AI & NLP Development
Integrate and refine OCR pipelines using tools like PyPDF2, pdfminer, pytesseract.
Enhance vector search and retrieval with technologies like FAISS or Pinecone.
Improve prompt engineering and accuracy for LLM-based Q&A/summarization (GPT-4, LangChain, etc.).
Full Stack Engineering
Back-end: Develop APIs and microservices with FastAPI (Python) or Node.js (Express/Nest.js).
Front-end: Work with React.js or Vue.js, ensuring a modern, user-friendly interface.
Collaborate closely with the UI Designer to implement new features and UX/UI improvements.
Infrastructure & Deployment
Deploy, manage, and scale on Cloudways (AWS/GCP) or similar cloud platforms.
Utilize Docker and optionally Kubernetes for containerization.
Oversee monitoring, logging, and performance optimization (Redis/Memcached).
Security & Compliance
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), OAuth/JWT authentication.
Ensure data encryption and compliance with GDPR or other privacy regulations.
Team Collaboration
Work with stakeholders (e.g., product manager, UI designer) to align AI capabilities with business goals.
Maintain clear technical documentation and help onboard future team members.

Qualifications
AI & NLP Skills
3–5+ years of AI/ML or NLP experience.
Familiarity with GPT models (GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) and frameworks like LangChain.
Hands-on experience with OCR tools, RAG workflows, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
Full Stack Development
Strong background in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and Node.js (Express/Nest.js).
Solid front-end skills using React or Vue.js; knowledge of Bootstrap/Tailwind is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
Infrastructure & DevOps
Experience deploying on AWS/GCP or Cloudways.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and possibly Kubernetes.
Familiarity with API security and data privacy best practices.
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
Ability to self-manage in a remote work setting.
Creative problem-solving and leadership mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Past work with document-heavy industries (legal, finance, real estate, compliance).
Experience in RAG-based AI solutions for large-scale text analysis.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers.
