Launch Control/ SMS Specialist

You’ll be responsible for lead generation through our text marketing channel, making sales calls, updating the CRM (Launch Control/ Resimpli), and negotiating with homeowners to acquire appointments. Jersey City Capital offers a rewarding performance base plus a commission package starting day one. Are you up to the challenge?

Job Responsibilities:
Qualifying prospect sellers and uncovering motivation through SMS
Following up and nurturing potential clients
Managing, organizing, and updating CRM (Launch Control and Resimpli)
Spearheading SMS Campaign

Job Requirements:
At least two (2) years of proven sales or real estate experience
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills Possess a strong personality, one who is outgoing, flexible, and can handle rejection Self-motivated and can work independently Self-driven and result-oriented Able to work in EST Minimum of 25 MBPS stable internet speed connection Main and backup PC (at least i3, 8GB RAM)
