Latin American Spanish teacher/tutor

I need someone who can teach me intermediate Latin American Spanish. Someone I can have Spanish conversations with and who will correct my bad Spanish. Someone who talks loud enough so I can hear how things are pronounced correctly. I need to reach fluency. I am offering $5/hr. I am unsure of how many hours/week. 1hr to maybe 5hrs/week. I'm flexible. It depends on my schedule.
