**Available Positions:**
LTL/FTL Dispatchers

**Job Description:**

1. Know about how logistics work
2. Ensure accurate data entry.
3. Communicate with vendors to address any questions.
4. Perform clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
5. Request and input documents from vendors into the internal system.
6. Track shipment statuses and update the system accordingly.
7. Monitor load movements, communicate with truckers and warehouses, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
8. Possess strong comprehension skills.
9. Ability to multitask.

**Qualifications:**

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Must be adaptable and detail-oriented.
3. Ability to work night shifts (US time).
4. Must have a working computer and high-speed internet.
5. Ability to work 40 hours per week.
6. Must have a power backup in case of power outages.
7. Must have a noise-canceling headset.
8. Must have backup internet such as prepaid WiFi/data.
