Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
4. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes
5. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
6. Support other HR functions as needed


Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment
2. Strong resume screening and interviewing skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Highly organized with great attention to detail
5. Strong work ethic, reliable, and responsible
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Be able to work over night.
8. Good understanding Skills
9. Must have backup internet such as prepaid WiFi/data.
10. Must have a power backup in case of power outages.
11. Ability to work 40 hours per week.
