Join one of Australia's leading and most successful landscaping construction companies, specialising in large-scale projects.

We're seeking an experienced Landscape Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.

Responsibilities:
- Scoping drawings and specifications for large landscaping projects.
- Conducting Planswift take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Providing detailed takeoffs for landscaping projects.
- Collaborating with the project management team and lead estimator.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape estimating of large development such as large apartment developments, offices, shopping centres, etc, (preferably for an Australian, Uk or US company).
- Proficient in scoping drawings, conducting take-offs, and preparing BOQs.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:
- Landscape, Civil and or Construction Estimation.
- Proven experience in landscaping estimating with a portfolio of previous quotes and take-offs.
- Familiarity with large development construction drawings and specifications (Australian experience preferred).
