Landing Page Creation & Conversion Expert

Real Men Real Style is in search of an experienced Landing Page Expert who can transform our digital marketing efforts through optimized, conversion-focused landing pages. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend the art of copywriting with the science of A/B testing, all while maintaining a deep understanding of our audience. If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and are skilled at crafting compelling landing pages, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Landing Page Design & Development:**
- Create and optimize high-converting sales pages using Clickfunnels.
- Implement design best practices to ensure landing pages are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and mobile-responsive.

2. **Copywriting:**
- Write persuasive and clear copy for landing pages, ensuring the messaging aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the value proposition.
- Regularly update and refine copy based on feedback and performance data.

3. **Avatar & Audience Research:**
- Deeply understand our target audience, including their pain points, desires, and online behavior.
- Conduct research to gather insights that inform landing page strategy and copy direction.

4. **A/B Testing & Optimization:**
- Design and run A/B tests to determine the performance of various landing page elements.
- Analyze results and implement changes to maximize conversion rates.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure landing pages align with broader campaign objectives and company goals.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve landing pages.

6. **Stay Updated:**
- Remain updated on the latest trends, best practices, and functionalities within Clickfunnels and the broader landing page design landscape.
- Continuously upskill by attending workshops, webinars, or courses relevant to landing page optimization and digital marketing.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing landing pages within Clickfunnels.
- Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and using data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with audience research tools and methodologies.
