We specialize in transforming vacant land into valuable community assets. As our Lead Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of our land acquisition process, making the first contact with potential sellers and guiding them through the initial stages of selling their property. We need someone who can quickly build rapport, keep the conversation going, and lock in those appointments. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities and doesn’t get intimidated easily.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with Leads: Call warm leads from our marketing efforts. These are sellers who have already shown some level of interest in selling their land—you just need to take the conversation further.
- Ask the Right Questions: Follow a script to gather essential details about the property while building rapport with the seller, and set up a second call to keep the process moving forward.
- Develop the Offer: Meet with our due diligence team to discuss the property and craft a compelling offer.

- Strategize with the Team: Collaborate with the acquisitions team to refine approaches and maximize each opportunity.
