JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Virtual Assistant to help scale and operate our very successful land investing business and provide support to our team. This is a long-term position with our wonderful team. Please apply with the instructions below.

About the Business: We are a property investment company that buys rural land in the U.S. at below market prices and then sells our inventory at market value as quickly as possible. We are focused on great organization, attention to detail and due diligence on leads we gather from our marketing efforts. We’ve been successfully doing business for over 3 years and are continuing to grow.

Working Hours:
- Full time
- 3am – 12pm Arizona Time U.S Time Zone starting; hours subject to adjustment
- Monday - Friday

Compensation: $740 - $1100 USD / month starting - depending on background & experience
**Potential for performance based raises

Job roles and responsibilities will include:
- Perform Due Diligence on properties that enter our pipeline following our investment criteria
- Process, scrub and manipulate datasets following our marketing processes
- CRM systems management
- Some business phone operation < 5% of the time max
- Potential transaction coordinator roles & tasks
- Working along-side current, long term employees on our team

Job Qualifications:
- Real estate and/or technology/engineering background is very helpful
- Extremely Attentive to detail, excellent at time management and organizational skills
- Excellent ability to follow documented processes
- Fluent English speaking, writing, video call (for team meetings), email & chat abilities
- Resilient – Can work with low supervision & adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexible – Willing to take varying loads of work responsibility as the business needs them
- It is required that this is the only job the individual is doing Monday – Friday if hired

Technical Requirements:
- Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i5 8th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM, or M1 Mac or newer; Firefox, Chrome or Brave installed
- A consistent and stable high speed internet connection of at least 50 Mbps (ability to do an HD video call while also screen sharing in real time & download & upload large image files required)
- A quiet and dedicated workspace without distractions

Not all skillsets need to be known at the time of starting work, but it will be expected to learn new skillsets as the business grows and expands. Promotions Available as the Business Grows.
