Job Title: Land Assistant - Senior Land Representative Support
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Land Assistant to support our Senior Land Representative (SRLR) in managing landowner relations and assisting with key tasks related to solar farm leasing. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage data and schedules effectively, and a proactive approach to outreach and lead management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of administrative tasks, including outreach, scheduling, and data management, and will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of landowner engagement and solar farm consultation processes.
This position is set to begin in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Land Representative (SRLR) with data-related tasks for landowner appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lead information.
- Outreach and Communication:
*Initiate personalized outreach to landowners for targeted solar farm leasing campaigns.
*Engage with landowners through phone calls and
*Handle inquiries and manage analog lead
*Manage the main solar farm inquiries
- Solar Farm Consultation Scheduling and Follow-Up:
*Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule successful solar farm consultations (SFCs).
*Verify lead details, confirm consultation dates, and ensure smooth coordination between teams and landowners.
- Assistance in Skip Tracing (as necessary):
*Support skip-tracing activities to enhance lead data accuracy and completeness.
*Collaborate with internal teams to gather additional data for improved lead quality and success rates.
- General Administrative Support:
*Maintain and update records in company systems, ensuring data accuracy.
*Assist with document preparation, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as required by the SRLR.
-Process Improvement and Efficiency:
*Suggest improvements for optimizing landowner outreach, consultation scheduling, and data management.
*Help implement best practices for communication and project tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support or coordination, with a preference for experience in land management or real estate.
- Strong communication skills (phone and
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and internal processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and with flexibility as needed to support scheduling in different time zones.
