## Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in land acquisition or real estate closing
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in real estate transaction management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high integrity

## Closing Process Expertise Required
Must be fearless over the phone. Not afraid of sellers, tackling customers rebuttals, complaints etc….

Manage end-to-end property transaction process, including document preparation, title verification, and financial coordination. Verify property ownership, draft legal documents, and ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate with buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders. Coordinate escrow transactions, resolve potential complications, and complete final property title transfers. Maintain detailed records, conduct thorough due diligence, and facilitate smooth real estate transactions from initial review to final closing.
