About Us:
We are a dynamic land investment firm specializing in acquiring land across the United States. Our mission is to find promising land investment opportunities and bring them to fruition. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on cold-calling landowners to negotiate and close land acquisition deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to landowners across the United States to inquire about the sale of their land with energy and enthusiasm, leaving a positive impression.
• Engage with landowners professionally and persuasively, using your enthusiastic personality to build rapport and explain the benefits of selling their property to our firm.
• Demonstrate a sales-driven mindset by proactively seeking opportunities to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Accurately track and report call outcomes, leads, and progress, maintaining a focus on achieving results.
• Manage follow-up calls and maintain ongoing communication with potential sellers, showing persistence and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide updates on potential deals, negotiate terms, and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a positive attitude, especially when facing challenges or rejections, and stay motivated to turn every call into a potential deal.
• Stay passionate about learning and improving sales techniques, contributing to your personal growth and the success of the team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, with a track record of success.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic approach.
• A natural ability to connect with people and foster trust through positive and energetic interactions.
• Self-motivated with a commission-oriented, sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, staying focused on closing deals.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Experience in real estate or land acquisition is a plus but not required.
