Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct follow-up calls with Property owners interested in selling vacant land.
-Property Research/ Due Diligence
-Appointment Setting
-Facilitate the preparation and signing of required documents.
-Manage internal business tasks efficiently to support seamless operations.
-Contribute to marketing efforts to increase property acquisition opportunities.
-Work closely with the CEO to meet and exceed company goals.
