About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Outbound Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts through personalized outreach. This role involves building and strengthening relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn, engaging with prospects, and supporting business growth through manual, non-automated outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and connect with targeted profiles to expand our network.
- Lead Engagement: Interact with potential leads by liking, commenting, and engaging with their content before initiating direct outreach.
- Messaging and Outreach: Develop and implement tailored messaging strategies for outreach sequences, focusing on creating meaningful conversations.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor outreach efforts and engagement metrics through regular reporting, adjusting strategies for optimization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Generate a set number of leads monthly.
- Maintain engagement through comments and likes to build rapport with prospects.
- Initiate meaningful conversations that lead to scheduled appointments.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation (1 year+).
- Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communicator – able to craft compelling messages and hold engaging conversations.
- Critical thinker – can assess lead quality and adapt messaging accordingly.
- Sales experience – understands prospecting, engagement, and conversion.
- Data-driven mindset – monitors performance and adjusts strategies for better results.
Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000 + Benefits
