LEGAL ASSISTANT | LEGAL DRAFTER

About the Role:
We seek a skilled and experienced Family Law Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is dedicated to legal drafting, and supporting our internal staff with high-volume agreements and applications related to Australian family law. You will draft tasks such as financial settlement agreements, consent orders, child support agreements, and more using our custom-designed drafting tool and templates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in family law drafting who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Draft applications for divorce, financial consent orders, parenting and financial agreements, financial settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements.
-Utilize the company’s custom-built drafting software and templates to produce accurate and professional legal documents.
-Collaborate with internal staff to ensure all documents meet compliance with Australian Family Law.
-Manage a high volume of drafting assignments with efficiency and precision.
-Adapt to and utilize internal automation tools for streamlined document production.

What We Are Looking For:

-Accredited Family Law Specialist with strong drafting experience.
-Familiar with Australian family law and has a background in preparing divorce applications, financial agreements, and consent orders.
-Excellent command of the English language and exceptional writing skills.
-Proactive, responsive, and easy to work with, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
-Experience working collaboratively with internal teams.
-Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes, with training provided on our in-house drafting software.

Monthy Salary: PHP 45,000
