JOB OVERVIEW

Are you skilled in finding potential clients and building connections?

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help our hiring agency reach coaches, business owners, and companies looking to grow their teams or fix their teams.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients (coaches, entrepreneurs, business owners, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels
Build and maintain a database of potential clients
Reach out to prospects and schedule discovery calls
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to convert leads into clients
Provide regular reports on lead generation progress

Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
Strong communication and networking skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and meet targets

NOTE:
This role is for individuals, not agencies. Outsourcing will lead to immediate dismissal.
