Location: Florida, USA (Remote)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM US - EST (No Lunch Break)

Our law firm focuses on family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, child support), personal injury matters (auto accidents, slips and falls, nursing home negligence), and criminal defense matters and is a dynamic and client-focused law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Law Firm Receptionist, Social Media & Website Content Admin, and Workflow Process Developer. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in client engagement and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

Answer and return calls promptly and professionally.
Manage client intake and retention processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the firm's calendar.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Social Media & Website Content Administration:

Create, curate, and manage content for the firm’s social media platforms.
Update and maintain the firm's website with relevant and engaging content.
Monitor social media channels and respond to client inquiries.
Workflow Process Development:

Develop and optimize office workflows to improve efficiency.
Implement and manage systems for client intake and document management.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong proficiency with social media platforms and website content management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fast and stable internet connection is a must.
Ability to work independently and remotely, adhering to EST working hours.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
