L3 Systems Engineer

JOB TITLE: L3 Systems Engineer (WFH/Remote)
OFFER RATE: PHP 75k per month (Fulltime)
Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)
Start Date: TBD

As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients, providing advanced IT knowledge and problem-solving skills to determine, diagnose and solve all IT-related issues.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
-Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
-Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box
-Creation of, and maintaining, support documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Focused on MSP and Connectwise
-Experience working with Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint One, including multi factor authentication
-Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or relevant position
-Experience with Basic Active Directory – changing user passwords, moving user accounts to different OUs, unlocking accounts, joining computers to a domain, etc.
-Extensive knowledge of Office 365
-Extensive knowledge of Windows server administration
-Some experience with switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
-Ability to resolve escalated tickets that can be completed remotely
-Experience working projects
-A Minimum of 7 years in the IT Field
