Klaviyo Tutor and Consultant

We have a person from Mindanao running our Shopify store. She has taken some classes on Klaviyo and we done some setup work. We have integrated Typeform surveys as well and running tagging automations.

What we need: a Klaviyo expert to tutor my employee. We need expert review of our systems and setup. Help optimizing the system so that we are following best practices and also reducing complexity as much as possible. This includes optimizing list setup, segment planning and tagging strategies along with email flows. We can then discuss setting up SMS and added services within the Shopify ecosystem.

I think the original work is 5-15 hours. I am not sure. Sharon can meet via Teams or even Zoom for screen sharing. If goes well, then we can also come back for the work with SMS and maybe other tools the tutor is familiar with. We have already hired a tutor for CSS and that has worked very well.
