As a Klaviyo Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing automated email flows in Klaviyo. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design engaging, high-performing email campaigns that resonate with our audience and meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create and implement automated email flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase campaigns, and other lifecycle marketing emails.
-Work closely with copywriters, designers, and the marketing team to schedule and manage email campaigns according to the marketing calendar.
-Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns and flows, using data to make informed improvements.
-Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, send times, and flow structures.
-Develop and refine audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and other data points to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
-Work with various e-commerce platforms and apps to integrate and leverage Klaviyo’s capabilities.
-Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience using Klaviyo.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on automated flow design, specifically using Klaviyo.
-Proficiency in Klaviyo and experience with email design tools such as HTML/CSS and CRM systems
-Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in flow setup and email content
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
