Klaviyo Expert to Manage E-commerce Client Accounts

We’re an expanding marketing agency seeking a skilled Klaviyo Expert & Manager to execute email marketing for our e-commerce and CPG clients. This is a part-time role with room for long-term growth if you’re efficient, hard-working, and detail-oriented.

As a Klaviyo Expert & Manager, you will manage multiple Klaviyo accounts by slicing Figma designs into emails, writing subject lines and preview texts (using templates), setting up and scheduling flows and campaigns, creating content calendars, tracking performance, providing reports, and collaborating with the team using tools like Excel, Google Docs, and Slack.

Skills Required:

- Proven expertise managing Klaviyo accounts (must provide portfolio).
- Strong understanding of Figma and email design integration.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with American e-commerce and CPG brands (products under $100).
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slack.

Technical Requirements:

Laptop/Computer with 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).
Fast and reliable internet connection.

Job Roles Include, But Are Not Limited To:

- Managing Klaviyo accounts for multiple clients.
- Slicing email designs from Figma and inputting them into Klaviyo.
- Creating subject lines, preview texts, and setting up email flows and campaigns.
- Scheduling emails and campaigns.
- Creating content calendars for clients.
- Providing detailed reports on performance (daily or weekly).
- Staying up-to-date with Figma and maintaining communication with clients.
