Klaviyo Expert VA for E-commerce Girls Activewear Brand

We are a growing family-run e-commerce business specializing in high-quality girls' activewear. Our brand has grown by 260% over the past year, and we are passionate about continuing this Upgrade to see actual infontum. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Klaviyo expert to join our team remotely.

Position Overview:
As our Klaviyo Expert VA, you will play a key role in our email and SMS marketing efforts. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, as well as maintaining and improving our Klaviyo database to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, design, and schedule weekly email marketing campaigns.

Develop and manage Klaviyo flows, segments, pop-ups, and conversion strategies.

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve engagement.

Clean and organize Klaviyo profiles for better segmentation and targeting.

Assist with the creation of work procedure instructions.

Collaborate on content calendars and marketing initiatives.

Transfer and manage data from Excel to Google Sheets.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with Klaviyo, including flows, segments, and analytics.

Familiarity with Canva, or similar design tools for email content.

Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing principles.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Google Sheets and Shopify backend.

Creative mindset with a passion for e-commerce and marketing.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Work Hours & Pay:
Starting with 6 hours per week for the first 6 weeks, increasing to 10 hours per week thereafter.

Flexibility to choose your hours, with some overlap during our time zone for real-time collaboration.

Weekly payments for the first 8 weeks, transitioning to 4 weekly payments afterward.

Competitive starting salary with a raise at the 13-week mark upon meeting performance expectations.

Leave Policy:
Observance of Philippine public holidays.

Important:
November and December are our busiest months, so availability during these periods is crucial (excluding recognized Philippine holidays).
