Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert (Ecommerce)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to drive engagement and boost sales through effective email and SMS campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan & execute email marketing strategies that increase engagement and sales
Set up, edit, and optimise automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Write persuasive, direct-response copy for emails that convert
Segment email lists to target the right customers at the right time
Run A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
Track performance and provide data-driven insights for better results
Document processes and create SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in email marketing strategies

Who We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in email marketing (preferably for eCommerce brands)
Proven success in increasing revenue through email campaigns
Experience with Klaviyo (email & SMS marketing) or similar platforms
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversions
Bonus: Basic design skills to create engaging email visuals
Part-time availability – Flexible but preferably within Australian business hours
