We are an eCommerce dropshipping business operating multiple stores across different countries, and we’re looking for a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a commission-based opportunity, where you will earn 10% of the total revenue generated through your email campaigns on Klaviyo. The more successful campaigns you create, the more you can earn.

We need someone who is not only experienced in email marketing but also passionate about driving results through personalized campaigns, segmentation, and high-conversion strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
Craft compelling email copy and designs that drive customer engagement and conversions.
Optimize email flows, segmentation, and personalization strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve results.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas.
Ensure consistency in branding and professionalism across all campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo.
Skills: Strong knowledge of segmentation, flows, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Tools: Familiarity with Klaviyo, Slack (for communication), and Canva (for creating visuals).
Attitude: Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Availability: Able to commit to 40+ hours per week once full-time, following a 2-week trial period.

Compensation:
This role operates on a commission-only basis, offering you 10% of the total revenue generated through the email campaigns you create and manage. There is no cap on earnings, meaning the more conversions and sales you drive, the higher your income potential.
