Our team is passionate about delivering innovative email marketing solutions that drive revenue, engagement, and customer loyalty.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring successful campaign execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and communication.
Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Actively gather and address client feedback to enhance service delivery.
Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (strategists, designers, copywriters, and Klaviyo specialists) to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
Monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date records of client activities, preferences, and campaign details.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Regularly review campaign performance with clients, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare and deliver monthly/weekly reports on key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
Strategic Consulting:

Understand client goals and propose email marketing strategies that align with their business objectives.
Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional services, such as advanced automations, segmentation, or new campaigns.
Problem Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to campaign execution or client satisfaction.
Act as a liaison to communicate challenges and solutions between clients and internal teams.

Experience:

2+ years in account management, client services, or a similar role within an agency or email marketing environment.
Experience working with Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms) is highly preferred.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, or similar project management software.
Knowledge:

Familiarity with e-commerce and email marketing best practices.
Understanding of performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions).
