JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone to handle Klarna disputes in Shopify on a long-term basis.

What We Need: We need a detail-oriented professional who is experienced with managing disputes through Klarna within the Shopify platform. You will be responsible for reviewing, responding to, and resolving dispute cases efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and protect our revenue.
